Join a Freemason’s Lodge meeting in London UK

Welcome to the website of Chapiter Lodge no. 4677

We are actively seeking new members to join our friendly Lodge meeting in London UK. Whether you wish to become a Freemason or are already a Freemason you will receive a warm welcome at Chapiter Lodge. We meet formerly four times a year at Freemason’s Hall, Great Queen Street, London and we hold regular Lodge of Instruction meetings throughout the year at the same venue. All our meetings are held on Fridays and we work with Taylor’s ritual.

Meetings in London and particularly meetings at at Freemasons’ Hall promote an ambience of the historical beginnings of organised Grand Lodge Freemasonry which first started in London in 1717. This historical association greatly enhances the experience of being a Freemason.

Why join

Freemasonry offers its members an approach to life that seeks to reinforce thoughtfulness for others, kindness in the community, honesty in business, courtesy in society, and fairness in all things. However, a Freemason is taught that his prime duties are to his God, to the laws of the country in which he lives and works, and to his family.
